Who We’re Looking For

- Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCC)
- Canadian Certified Counsellors (CCC)
- Registered Professional Counsellors (RPC)

- Therapists with experience in couples counselling, trauma, anxiety, youth counselling, or family therapy

Registered Counsellor – Nanaimo/Parksville, BC
Position Type:
Part-Time or Full-Time
Schedule Flexibility:
Flexible scheduling available. Clinicians must maintain a minimum of 8 client hours per week. Opportunities are available to grow toward a full caseload over time.
Work Format:
In-person, virtual, or hybrid opportunities available.
Ideal Fit:
We are seeking compassionate, professional clinicians who value meaningful therapeutic work and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate has experience working with couples and youth, and is comfortable practicing independently within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Qualifications:
- RCC, CCC, RSW, or equivalent professional designation eligible for independent practice in British Columbia
- Professional liability insurance
- Experience with couples counselling considered a strong asset
- Experience supporting youth and teens preferred
